Welcome to Stinky’s Art Class. We have the best students in the world. Todays lesson is how to draw a werewolf.
To develop your drawing ideas you must first think of the Werewolf you want to draw.
What is the Werewolf doing?
Is the Werewolf and man or woman?
Does the Werewolf look scary or friendly?
What is unique about your Werewolf drawing idea?
Is it a nice Werewolf or a mean Werewolf?
Once you have thought about your drawing ideas you will be ready to draw a Werewolf. Don’t worry about planning your drawing perfectly because you will need to be creative to make it original.
Determining what art supplies you need to draw a Werewolf is important. You will need to decide if you want to use pencil to draw with or colored pencils. You can also use other items like pastels, water colors, acrylic paints, oil paints, latex pain, charcoal, ink, or some kind of carving and print making supplies.
What ever you decide to use, you will most likely need to first start out with a pencil and paper sketch.
Step 1: Stinky likes to start by thinking of his canvas (aka cardboard) and plan a little bit on the layout of the drawing. That’s important to know how to draw a Werewolf on your canvas.
Step 2: Determine the shape of the Werewolf. Stinky’s Werewolf has a big head, big eyes, and big paws that he can grab you with.
Step 3: Get creative when drawing your Werewolf. I chose to make the Werewolfs mouth wide open with big teeth in the Werewolf’s mouth.
Step 4: What is your Werewolf doing? Stinky’s Werewolf is running or chasing someone. Stinky’s Werewolf is raising his hands trying to catch someone.
Step 5: Make sure you draw your werewolf with lots of fur and make it look creepy.
Don’t get discouraged if your Werewolf looks different. All Werewolf are different just like all people are different. Each Werewolf is beautiful just like every person is beautiful.
Drawing a Werewolf makes Stinky think of creepy things at night. Drawing a Werewolf helps relieve some of my stress from recycling aluminum cans all day.
I think that if you draw a Werewolf that it will also help you be happy and not stressed at work or school.
Lets be happy and draw Werewolf together.
