Welcome to Stinky’s Art Class. We have the best students in the world. Todays lesson is how to draw a U.F.O.
Drawing a U.F.O. is a fun adventure for people that like space and conspiracy theories. U.F.O.’s look beautiful in space but a little creepy close up when the green men come out and try to get you. If you met an alien then you only want to do that once.
To develop your drawing ideas you must first think of the U.F.O..
How big the U.F.O.?
Does the U.F.O. look like the ones in the movies or is it original?
What color is the U.F.O.?
Is the U.F.O. shiny or invisible?
Is there anything that is unique about the U.F.O.?
Once you have thought about your drawing ideas you will be ready to draw a U.F.O.. Don’t worry about planning your drawing perfectly because you will need to be creative to make it original.
Determining what art supplies you need to draw a U.F.O. is important. You will need to decide if you want to use pencil to draw with or colored pencils. You can also use other items like pastels, water colors, acrylic paints, oil paints, latex pain, charcoal, ink, or some kind of carving and print making supplies.
What ever you decide to use, you will most likely need to first start out with a pencil and paper sketch.
Step 1: Stinky likes to start by thinking of his canvas (aka cardboard) and plan a little bit on the layout of the drawing.
Step 2: Determine the shape of the UFO. Stinky’s UFO is the shape of a hamburger.
Step 3: Get creative when drawing U.F.O. Stinky’s UFO has 4 upper windows for the little green aliens to look out of and it has 3 windows in the bottom of the UFO so the humans that get abducted can look at earth as they fly away. In this drawing you can see Stinky in the window on the bottom left. True story.
Step 4: Determine the size and shape of the U.F.O. Stinky likes to draw big U.F.O. so you can see the details. However, as an artist you may like to draw small U.F.O. in space if you haven’t seen one up close. You can make U.F.O. on the ground or in the sky. U.F.O. are also seen in cornfields very often so you may want to draw that.
Step 5: Draw laser beams and lights. Stinky got sucked up by the UFO laser beams so I like to draw that. The lights on a UFO are bright so they can kind of blind you so don’t forget to add that.
Don’t get discouraged if one of your U.F.O. looks different. All U.F.O. are different just like all people are different. Each U.F.O. is beautiful just like every person is beautiful.
Drawing a U.F.O. makes Stinky think of space and good earth dirt where he sleeps every night. Drawing a U.F.O. helps relieve some of my stress from my alien abduction and recycling aluminum cans all day.
I think that if you draw a U.F.O. that it will also help you be happy and not stressed at work or school.
Lets be happy and draw U.F.O. together.
