Welcome to Stinky's Art Class! Today's lesson is for all of you flower people. I know you're going to like this one. Today's lesson is how to draw a sunflower.
Hey, sunflowers are my favorite. Any of the students like sunflower seeds? I sure do. Okay, so first thing you want to do is you want to draw this big round thing that holds all the sunflowers seeds, okay.
And it kind of. It's not right. It's not the perfect circle. So you can kind of go over and over. Now you want to kind of do the seeds, right. Make some, you know, some textures to make it look like seeds. Put little seeds in there okay. Now sunflowers. They're kind of darkish on the inside. So that's why you put a lot of seeds.
And then the petals go like this all the way around. And you kind of want to be a little bit different. Give it some beauty, okay. Make it beautiful.
That look like a sunflower to everybody? Okay, so you want to keep those petals going. Now, sunflowers get pretty heavy. So they have these stems that go out and, you know, they're big and strong. So they kind of go like this. And then they have little leaves. Kind of the spiky ones.
But you know that shape. You want to put some textures into these sunflower seeds. Now let's just make them so they aren't so wilting. So we want to kind of clean this up and make it look like a, you know, ready for harvest. So let's see what else can we do. Oh, you know, let's put a little seed down here.
Some of the seeds fall out and make some grass. And maybe you want to put some in the background. This is a big patch. Maybe more like that.
