How to Draw a Rocket
Welcome to Stinky's Art Class. We have the best students in the world. Todays lesson is how to draw a rocket.
Good morning people, and welcome to Stinky's Art Class where we have the best students in the world! Today's lesson is how to draw a rocket.
Yep, we're going to be dealing with space today. And this rocket's going to be blasting off into space. Okay, so first thing we want to do is draw the rocket's head. Let's call it.
It's going to be a big rocket. And it's got to blast away. Okay, it's got this. These things guide it so it doesn't go off somewhere it's not supposed to. And there. We got to draw the windows.
Okay, then you gotta draw the fire. Okay, remember our lesson on how to draw a fire and flames? Okay, this is looking like a pretty good rocket. Okay, you know, it's space, man. You're going to really like this one. So let's go and let's draw Saturn.
You guys remember the lesson about Saturn? Did you get to watch that? Let's draw some stars up here. Do you see how I'm using the positive and negative space to do this? And I feel like these windows need to be blacked out or at least shaded. And maybe they're not windows. That's just the way a rocket looks.
Okay now, let's put the little stripes on these guys. And, I think you're looking pretty good. It's looking pretty good. Oh, we need some streaks. It's still some show. It's going to speed. Oh, yeah, blasting off. I wish I could draw. We had a bigger canvas. I'd like to do some more, but, hey, class, you see how we use the negative space?
The empty space. We did the rocket shooting off, blasting, but we use this empty space to create a really nice effect of this rocket blaster. And, we've probably put some smoke in there, maybe put a little bit more texture on the rocket, you know, make it look good. But, I think we did good for today.
Hey, class. Sorry, my last couple lessons haven't had a lot of pep talks. If you need a good pep talk, I'm sure there's plenty of other lessons you can watch. And you can get all kinds of pep talks. I put a little summary at the bottom, so, I don't even know what else to say except hope you're having a good day and have a good weekend. Class dismissed.
