Good morning people and welcome to Stinky's Art Class where we have the best students in the world! Today's lesson is how to draw a microphone.
I've been really struggling with this lesson because I wasn't sure if I could do an old timey microphone or a new microphone. But you know what? I'm going to go ahead and do what I think would be best, and that's going to be a new kind of microphone.
They're like a ball, and they have this thing right here. And they have these, you know, it's like this so you can hear it. Okay, and it comes down like this.
Testing, testing. 1, 2, 3. Okay, you got this microphone. Okay, and I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to step out on a limb here. And think about that. Think this through a little bit.
And go ahead and just do this like this. As the microphone and it's got this chord. It goes on the microphone. Okay, can you see that everybody? And you got set up a little bit. Okay, so we've got the microphone. Okay, now let me think about this. I'm going to try to make this really impressive for all my students.
Okay, so I know you don't get to see Stinky singing very much, but let's do Stinky singing. And it's like we need a new marker. Okay, do you think he has a hand? Okay, I think he has a stick and I just think he's holding the microphone. Okay, I think he's a rock star now. And I think he can sing. Do you?
Okay, class. So, I want to say thank you for joining me on this lesson today. How to draw a microphone. It's a good life to be a musician. I want all the musicians. This one. Okay class, I'm going to have to pull in some old art history here to justify this drawing. I know we don't like to justify our behavior, but sometimes in art, it's okay to justify your art.
And, I'm going with a art history lesson here. There was one of the greats. His name was Pablo. And Pablo Picasso was a master. And he did things, made things look a little bit weird. So what I did is I incorporated the Pablo Picasso style into this Stinky's body and his arm. This is actually a style of artwork that's very important for you to study about.
And I know I probably had some people click off as soon as they heard art history, but it's okay. I don't think this is something that you need to not watch just because I mentioned some art history, but go study about Pablo Picasso and look at his art and look at mine and you'll see the similarities.
You'll see some differences because I am original, and I'm good at being original, but I do draw. I do take a little bit of his style a little bit on this piece right here. So I hope everyone enjoyed the lesson today. You're the best students in the world. I like to see any artwork from my students that has some, you know, some Picasso.
So please leave me some comments, some likes, don't likes. And then, we'll move on to the next lesson, class. Have fun with your art. And class dismissed.
