Good morning people and welcome to Stinky's Art Class where we have the best students in the world! Today's lesson is how to draw a light house.
Okay, this is going to be a great lesson. Alright, I hope you've done your research and learned what a light house is. So what we want to do is we want to think about our canvas.
We want to think about a light house and what it is and where it is. Usually it's out in the ocean or on the shore and it helps boats come in from the ocean so they don't crash into the rocks. Okay, so we got to put all these pieces together and think about this. So, should we do a light house right here in the ocean and ships right here? I think so.
So you want to do the light house? It's going to look kind of like this. Okay, these are special bright lights. And then the light house comes down like this. And it's on jagged cliffs, right? And usually it has something like that, that has some light that goes out.
Okay and let's just make it look like the ocean's in the distance, right? We want to do the little waves. That's way out in the distance. Okay and then let's put some rocky shorelines. You know we crash in these rock inlets right?
So let's do some waves. So people can tell this is a rock. And then you want to write ship, right? Right there. So the people. The boat drivers know that there you can wreck your ship right there. Okay now, this ocean is not very forgiving. Now, let's go ahead and draw a boat. Does everyone remember how to draw a boat? And let's draw your favorite sailor.
And Stinky's on his way to the shore. He's following the light house. Okay, can you see that? Stinky is in there. That's me. I think he's following the light house to the shore. Okay class, I hope you enjoyed the lesson on how to draw a light house. This one, you know, I talked about being connected to your artwork, and I feel kind of connected to this piece of artwork for some reason.
I don't know how to drive a sailboat, but, you know, I'm connected to that boat. In my art I'm following the light house to make it safely to shore. So hey, think about this. In life, you know, follow your inspiration. Follow your heart and your mind and, you know, watch out for those nasty rocks in the ocean that can shipwreck you. Don't get shipwrecked.
You know, Stinky doesn't want to see anybody shipwrecked. So keep looking for the light house and be inspired in your art. Do things that are going to inspire you in your art. And I hope you enjoyed this lesson today. Keep up the good work. You're the best students in the world. Thanks for all the comments and likes and follows.
